About Pauline Wrigley
Pauline has over 25 years experience in industry. She is a Director of BR Training, and established BR Training in 2002. Pauline has a Bachelor of Social Work degree, a Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Professional Supervision.
She moved into careers guidance work early in her career which provided leverage into Change Management services to large companies throughout New Zealand, over several years. Pauline has always had a passion for people development and has worked in the Waikato since the early 1990’s providing coaching services and leadership development programmes to a diverse range of people, businesses and industries.
Pauline prides herself on building strong customer relationships and working collaboratively with customers for best possible outcomes for any services provided. She has the support of an experienced, customer focused team of experts in their field, who are equally committed to outstanding results.
