NCB3 National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) Level 3
What is it?
National Certificate in Business Level 3 is an NZQA-accredited Unit Standard based programme. This qualification improves skills by integrating learning back into the workplace. It uses workplace assessment to ensure relevance. Programmes can be customised to meet specific needs.

Anyone in a team leader or supervisor role who has had no formal management training, or a staff member who is seeking promotion into a supervisory role.
